Last Tuesday the CJC coaches once again had the pleasure of a breakdown session run by Zeno Kieft.
This second session was a mix of classroom and on-field training where the finer points of contact and breakdown were coached.
The interest from all present was clearly evident by the many questions asked and the general sharing of ideas and exercises.
