Welcome! (2)

Another Olly White will join HRC

The second new player we introduce and welcome this season might give cause for some confusion since his name is Olly White. Well, the saying is “all good things come in pairs”, so we’ll take the risk of a mix up into the bargain.

As for our new Olly kindly be informed he can play on the Flyhalf, Fullback and Halfback (Scrumhalf) position and used to play for Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club in Australia, with which he managed to win the Colts premiership last year.

“Whitey”, as his friends call him, started rugby at age 4 and he – next to rugby – is into cricket, golf and surfing. The latter you might guess, is one the reason he opted for The Hague and HRC. However as conclusive reason for his choice he mentioned the extremely nice and welcoming HRC coaches and staff. Olly told us that friendliness (and the cleanliness) in general struck him upon arrival in the Netherlands.

Well Olly, we are happy to be able to have made a good first impression. We will strive to keep the friendliness coming and do our best to help you make your time at HRC memorable and fun.
