Since 2024, Sky Health has been the proud performance partner of the Haagsche Rugby Club, supporting players from all teams with professional strength and conditioning sessions.
But our partnership goes beyond rugby. The Sky Health gym at HRC is open to everyone who wants to improve their fitness, strength and overall well-being — from kids to parents, from beginners to pros.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be putting one class in the spotlight each week and introducing you to our amazing coaching team.
We start with a community favourite: the SKY WOD (Workout of the Day).
This high-energy class combines functional movements like lifting, running, jumping and bodyweight training. Every session is different, keeping you challenged and motivated while improving your strength, endurance and mobility.
Our experienced coaches will guide you through each workout safely and effectively — no matter your level. Classes are held right here in the functional training area at HRC, using top-quality equipment to help you boost power, energy and confidence.
