Last Saturday a combined Colts team from team 1, 2 and 3 were assembled to play a match against a traveling English team from Cornwall (Wadebridge).
With just 16 players, HRC knew that this would be a tough test and were immediately on the back foot when a very physical touring side crashed over for the first try.
Nevertheless HRC hit back almost immediately with a flowing moved and skillful offloads.
The Colts high tempo game plan paid off in the second half when the English side began to suffer from a combination of the warm weather and day 3 of their tour.
Final score 40 – 10 to HRC which is very impressive given a team put together at the very last minute. Well done guys and thanks Leo for the organization.
